| Hello tout le monde! FR- English below Une chambre se libère dans un appartement de quatre chambres à partir de mi-mai jusqu’au 31 août. L’appartement se situe en plein cœur du Plateau, au croisement entre Saint-Dominique et Roy, à deux pas du boulevard Saint-Laurent et Sherbrooke. Il est donc tout près des commerces, bars, restaurants, parcs etc... La station Sherbrook (ligne orange) et Saint-Laurent (ligne verte) se trouvent respectivement à 10 et 15 minutes à pied, ainsi qu'une station de bixi littéralement devant l'appart. En parlant de commerce, l’épicerie Segal’s est à 5 minutes, le maxi 15 et le pharmaprix juste en face. En ce qui concerne l'appartement, il y a: 4 chambres. 2 salles de bains. Un grand salon et une grande cuisine ouverte. Un petit espace extérieur De nombreux placards / rangements. Laveuse/Sécheuse et lave-vaisselle. ET : il est entièrement meublé et décoré En ce qui concerne la chambre, il y a : Deux fenêtres Un lit 2 places Un bureau Un grand dressing Une commode Aucun vis-à-vis entre les chambres, ce qui est un vrai + $: Le loyer de la chambre est de 830$ (plus charges: environ 17$ d’internet et 30$ d’hydro) Tu vivras avec 3 autres colocs dans la vingtaine: Alexis, un jeune professionnel en PVT, arrivé il y a maintenant presqu’un an au Québec. Molly, étudiante américaine en psychologie à McGill, enseignante d’anglais durant l’été, et Matteo, fraîchement arrivé de France à Montréal et à la coloc pour son PVT. La vibe de la coloc a pour but d’être chill et communautaire. L’appartement est très grand ce qui permet d’inviter du monde! La proximité avec les parcs Jeanne-Mance et La Fontaine est aussi un plus avec l’arrivée de l’été! N’hésite pas à nous parler un peu de toi si tu es intéressé(e) par l'appartement. Au plaisir ! The apartment is located in the Plateau, at the intersection between St-Dominique and Roy street, only one bloc away from St-Laurent boulevard. Many restaurants, bars, shops and parcs are only at walking distance. The metro stations Sherbrook (orange line) and St-Laurent (green line) are 10 to 15 minutes away, and we have a bixi station literally by the door. Speaking about shops, Segal is 5 minutes away, Maxi 15 and Pharmaprix right across the street. The apartment has: 4 bedrooms 2 bathrooms 1 large living room and an opened kitchen 1 small courtyard Many closets Washing machine/ Dryer Air conditioning AND it is entirely furnished and decorated The room has: 2 windows 1 double bed A desk A huge closet $: The rent is $830 (Plus wifi $17 and electricity around 20$) You’ll live with three other roommates: Alexis and Matteo, two PVTists from France, and Molly, a Mcgill student from the states. The apartment is a place to chill and have some privacy, but also invite people and do activities together. The apartment is huge, so space won’t be lacking!
