Hello, I’m looking for a roommate to move in August or September to a ground floor apartment in Dorval, in a great location with parking and steps away from the bus line and train station. You’d have the master bedroom with your own private washroom, and we’d share the common areas. I’ll be staying in the smaller bedroom which is where I spend pretty much all of my time. I cover all the utilities and internet. You can either sign the lease with me (pending credit check and potentially paying first 2 months rent) or we can come to a separate agreement, whatever works best for you. I have two very well behaved cats who are well taken care of. Hoping to find someone chill. Je vais rester dans la plus petite chambre qui est l'endroit où je passe à peu près tout mon temps. Je couvre tous les services publics et Internet.
