| Looking for a fab good hearted roommate for a two bedroom apartment in Mount pleasant close to Main and Broadway! My preference is for someone long term for June 1 but could do June 15, July 1 and maybe Sept 1 cause I am also considering doing short term for the next few months (so feel free to message if ya want short term)and someone long term starting September so that I have time to find a long term roommate who is a good fit. Includes wifi and is fully furnished. Shared bathroom. Utilities not included but max has been 21$ a month each. All gender identities welcome. I'll take post down if it's not available (so no need to ask if it's still available:). Message me a bit about yourself and why you're interested and if I think we'll be a good match we can set up a video viewing/chat then future real person distanced viewing if we find we are the right fit:). I'm looking for someone considerate, who makes some effort to conserve, and wants to have a cup of tea sometimes and share a meal once in a while (doesn't matter what your gender identity is). Sadly no other fur babies allowed. Also it would be a bonus if ya enjoy the outdoors especially with the whole bubble pandemic situation. It's gorgeous character building (over 100 years old) that has a fabulous community (including a little community garden:) , the Federal Store is literally right on the corner (is actually owned by folks in our building, so you're really supporting local if ya go there, they have the best avocado toast ever!:). You can't beat my place location wise! One block off Main and Broadway- restaurants, community center, library, cafes, and cool shops all close by but yet where apartment is situated it's quiet. SkyTrain is a 10 minute walk away, 2 minute walk to the 99 express, about a 15 minute walk to the ocean, 10 minute bike ride to downtown, right next to main bike routes. Non smokers please. I actually have an even longer write up about it that includes all the good and some of the not so great(no place is perfect and I believe in being open, but this place is pretty close to perfect:). |
