| Hi! I’m looking for a roommate to share my 4 1/2 apartment. There’s a dishwasher, brand new washing machine and dryer in the apartment. It has a very spacious balcony with a nice view. There’s an elevator and garbage chute on each floor. We have access to a rooftop gym, heated pool and multipurpose room that can be booked for free. There are also lots of buses nearby, so it would be easy to get downtown, to Fairview or to John Abbott college. The price is $900 each, including internet and hydro. Indoor parking would be an extra $75 though. I’m a really nice person, very clean and I work full-time. I’m a girl, so I would be looking for another girl to share the apartment with. |
