| Hi! I am looking for a roommate to join me in the heart of the plateau! The apt is located steps away from Mount Royal street which is pedestrian only for the summer. It’s also located near 3 grocery stores, the mountain, lots of cafes/bars, as well as the orange line. The apartment is large with an in unit washer dryer, dishwasher, renovated kitchen and bathroom. And the best part there is a private outside backyard space with a bbq and picnic table! I’m a 27 year old young perfessional with a very sweet dog and cat! The apt is furnished but the room is not! |
