| This is a perfection location for someone who is a young professional or a creative individual. Especially, since this is the primary type of people living in the building. It is also a very social place in the summer and have gone for picnics with some of the other tenants, when the lockdown wasn’t in place. I am sad to leave this place but I need to get out of the city, get some fresh air if you will. I have loved living in the place and I hope it can be seen in the photos. The neighbourhood is pretty special as there is such a wide diversity of people here and as a result there are some pretty amazing shops and restaurants close by. Also close by is Parc Jarry which I love going for walks through, which is also great for ice skating in the winter or just sitting and relaxing in the warmer temperatures. While it may not have a parking space included there is parking on the street, though I am not sure how available it is as I don’t have a vehicle at the moment. However the public transit in the area is amazing! The metro is right outside of the building and many major buses pass by outside as well. As for food, there are markets of all varieties nearby, including Marché Jean Talon which is only a 15 min walk. There is also Provigo at the metro station should you ever need something in a pinch. I personally prefer the little shops in the area as I love chatting with the different store owners. Plus, it has helped me discovery many delicious new foods. There is also a Home Depot that is about a 25 min walk that I have regularly used as I enjoy building or making things. Speaking of which, I made me bed frame, clothing rack, shelves, and shoe rack. I had planned on making myself a desk but that will have to wait till I find my new place. Also, I am happy to leave certain items should you need them. Things like the dresser, clothing rack, bike hanger, shoe rack and the table with the chairs. Otherwise, I will take them with me if you don’t have a need for them.
