The apartment is located on a nice street in the Mile-end, on Hutchison Street and Bernard. The apartment is closed to everything, bus, metro, restaurants,10 minutes to Mac Gill 15 to downtown, 5 minutes to metro Outremont. The apartment is very clean, comfortable and sunny, the room is medium size, sunny, facing trees, large terrace at the back of the apartment. No cats or dogs. Rent is $695. The room is furnished with a new double bed, desk and side table bed.
