The electricity, heating, water and AC are included in rent. There is a gym, an outdoor pool (open only in the summer), a convenience store, and a laundry room in the apartment building. This is 4+ year old lease, so you will likely save hundreds or thousand dollars per month. Probably the best offer you can find for 3 ½ in downtown Montreal. New lease like this starts $1500+.
