| SUMMER SUBLET Looking to sublet my 3 1/2 apartment next to Mcgill from JUNE 1st 2024 until AUGUST 1st 2024. (both dates are adjustable) The apartment is 5 mins away from the metro. 2 mins away from Mcgill campus. It is spacious and has many windows(lots of light) What is included: it is fully furnished with appliances Heating is included What is not included: -hydro (around 20$) -wifi (if you chose videotron: around 40-45$ per month) I have a subscription so i can add it to the rent! -tenants insurance (not required but 30$ a month approximately) What im looking for: This apartment is for 1 person only (preferably a woman), No couples or roommates. A non smoker No pets allowed (sadly) I am looking for someone that is trustworthy, responsive, responsible and extremely clean! You can be a student or a working professional (the building might require a credit check) Someone who is chill and doesn’t host intense parties. Since all of the appliances and furniture are mine, i’m looking for someone that will respect it as their own.
