Incluant tout: - Chauffage, hydro, eau chaude - Internet illimité - Laveuse et sécheuse au sous-sol L’appartement est au premier étage. Il est lumineux et propre. La cuisine est complètement équipée. L’espace commun est grand avec un sofa, une télé et un table à manger. Il y a un balcon avec une magnifique vue. Le complex et le quartier sont familiales. La chambre est grande, lumineuse, possède une grande fenêtre, un lit double, un placart un petit bureau et rangement avec ceintres pour accrocher les vêtements. Le quartier est rempli de marchés, boutiques, pharmacie et boutiques. L’appartement est - 8 minutes de marche de la station Snowdon. - 15 minutes de la Station Côte-des-Neiges - 15 minutes de marche de l’Université de Montréal/HEC/Polytechnique - Arrêt pour bus 51 et 166 au coin Roslyn et Queen Mary, juste à la sortie du batiment.
