| Hello there, We are looking for someone responsible to sublease the apartment for 6 to 9 months starting around July. The start and end dates are flexible. The apartment is located right in downtown and has great views of the surroundings. Everything is included: central heat/AC, hot water, electricity and internet. The apartment comes with all the necessary appliances: washer/dryer and dishwasher. There is also access to a big pool (23 m), spa, sauna and gym. There is also a 24h doorman.
