| Two rooms available now in our large 8 ½ right in the heart of the Plateau! The neighborhood? You’ll be at the corner of Rivard and Mont-Royal, 50 meters from Mont-Royal station and bus lines. Laurier Park is 5 minutes away, La Fontaine Park 5 minutes away, and the Tam-Tams are 10 minutes away. For convenience, Intermarché Boyer is 150 meters away, the SAQ 100 meters away, and Bixi as well as the convenience store are 30 meters away! You’ll also be 15 minutes on foot from the cinema, with sports clubs, a climbing gym, and a swimming pool nearby. Bars, cafés, and restaurants are plentiful around here! Everything is within walking distance, and street parking is decent, which is a real advantage, especially in winter. The apartment? A peaceful 8 ½ despite being close to Mont-Royal Avenue. It includes four bedrooms, two living rooms, a large kitchen, one bathroom, a basement with a washer and dryer, and a large wooden terrace. As for equipment, everything’s here: internet, washer, microwave, fridge, stove, barbecue, yoga/gym space, etc. The rooms? Furnished, one upstairs with a large bright window and one in the basement, less bright but bigger with a window as well. For whom?
