We are looking for a roommate (Sept 1st) to share a large 4 bedroom house downtown (Guy metro). The apartment is a large 2 story house one block Concordia University but on a quiet side street. Hardwood floors, Laundry, Balcony. Included in price: Heating, HQ, Internet. Ideal candidate is respectful, quiet, clean and pays rent on time.
