| TL:DR Roomate wanted October/November to July with ability to renew, 4 minutes from Lionel-Groulx, living with one other person. Semi Furnished Hi! Iam looking for someone to lease transfer or sublet my room to from mid October or November to July and you can choose to extend if you wish. It's in a really great location, only a 4 minute walk away from Lionel Groulx metro with grocery stores, bars, Atwater market and the canal within a few minutes walking distance. The apartment has 2 balconies, a spacious kitchen and living room. It has washer, dryer, fridge and stove included. The bedroom will be unfurnished but the common spaces are all furnished! Utilities are not included but are split evenly. You'd be living with my roommate Abby (she/her) who is a software developer and works hybrid, she's vegetarian and loves volleyball, rock climbing and plants. Unfortunately no pets.
