| Room for rent in a large spacious apartment for November 1st or possibly sooner. The room is large, bright and freshly painted with a view to the back. Hydro is included in the price. The apartment is large with high ceilings and a lot of original moldings. The room is off the living area close to the bath and kitchen. There is also a room off the corridor that is used for storage right now, although there is flexibility in how that space may function depending on needs. About me, I am an artist/painter with a cat. I have the front rooms that function as my bedroom and painting studio.. The walls in the living area have some of my paintings on them, I took them down for the photographs. Please note there is smoking in this house including 420 mostly in the cold months That all said, this place is more suited to the creative types ie: artists/musicians/or people involved in the cultural sectors. The space is calm, quiet and pretty bright. Looking for someone thoughtful and respectful to help keep the place clean in common areas. Feel free to ask any questions as I will gladly answer them. (the bed in the room can stay or go depending on your needs) Washer/dryer/chest freezer in unit. |
