Ma chambre se libère dès juillet dans un bel appartement dans le quartier Côte des neiges/ Université de Montréal. Il est situé à 5 minutes à pied du métro côte des neiges, et des bus 165, 166, 129 et 51. L’appartement est situé juste à côté de l’université de Montréal, HEC et polytechnique avec de nombreux commerces et restaurants dans le quartier (épicerie métro, Jean coutu, starbucks, dépanneur,etc..) Le loyer est de 551,75$ tout inclus sauf le wifi pour lequel il faut ajouter 25$ par mois. La chambre est spacieuse, meublée avec un lit, un bureau, une chaise, un miroir, 2 grands placards et une commode. Dans l’appartement, il y aussi laveuse, sécheuse, lave-vaisselle, un grands frigos, four et tout les ustensiles nécessaires pour cuisiner. Il y a aussi un grand salon/salle à manger. Tu seras en colocation avec Nishka, Kreesley et Sonia, toutes étudiantes à l’UDEM. On cherche quelqu'un qui sera calme, respectueux et propre. Elles sont toutes les 3 bilingues français/anglais. It's very close from Cote des neiges station, and 3 mins away from the bus ( 165, 129, , 51,161 ) with many stores in the neighborhood ( Metro, Jeancoutu, Pharmaprix, ExoFruit, Starbucks) and restaurants and bars. The appartement is located next to the University of Montreal, HEC, and polytechnique, one bus away from Concordia and UQAM. The price is 551,75$ per month with everything included except for the wifi which is 25$ per month. The room is spacious, furnished with a bed, a desk, a chair, a miror, a closets, and a dresser. In the apartment, there is also a washing machine, a dryer, a dishwasher, two big fridges, an oven /stove and all the necessities to cook. There is also a big living-room. You will live with Nishka, Kreesley and Sonia, all students at the UDEM. They all speak English and French perfectly. Don’t hesitate if you have any questions. Thank you! |
