The commun spaces, which are the living room, dining room, kitchen and bathroom are to share with : - Me, Naima, a 26 yo student at the university of Montreal. - Giselle, 24 yo young professional. We are looking for a roommate that’s open minded, preferably in their twenties too, respectful and clean. The room is available starting of May 1st, it’s only 6 min away from Lionel Groulx metro. The room is not furnished, but I can furnish it for an additional 20$ per month ———- Nous cherchons un coloc à nous rejoindre dans notre beau 5 1/2 Le prix inclus tout le nécéssaire, internet, électricité et chauffage. L’appartement est entièrement meublée, avec climatiseur, un large frigidaire, un lave vaisselle et une laveuse sécheuse dans l’appartement. Les espaces communs, donc salon, salle à manger, cuisine et salle de bain sont à partager avec : - Moi, Naima, 26 ans, étudiante à l’université de Montréal. - Giselle, 24 ans une jeune professionnel. Nous cherchons quelqu’un d’ouvert d’esprit, préférablement dans la vaintaine aussi, de propre et respectueux. La chambre est disponible à partir du 1er mai, se trouve à 6min à pied de la station Lionel Groulx, donc accès rapide à la ligne verte et orange, aussi, l’appartement contient un balcon, fort appréciée en été, ainsi qu’une grande cours à partager avec les locataires.
