We are looking for a roommate that’s open minded, preferably in their twenties too, respectful and clean. The room is available starting of July 1st, it’s only 6 min away from Lionel Groulx metro. L’appartement est entièrement meublée, avec climatiseur, un large frigidaire, un lave vaisselle et une laveuse sécheuse dans l’appartement. Les espaces communs, donc salon, salle à manger, cuisine et salle de bain sont à partager avec : - Moi, Naima, 26 ans, étudiante à l’université de Montréal. - Laurence, 25 ans une jeune professionnel. Nous cherchons quelqu’un d’ouvert d’esprit, préférablement dans la vaintaine aussi, de propre et respectueux. La chambre est disponible à partir du 1er juillet, se trouve à 6min à pied de la station Lionel Groulx, donc accès rapide à la ligne verte et orange, aussi, l’appartement contient un balcon, fort appréciée en été, ainsi qu’une grande cours à partager avec les locataires. |
