| Hello. This is Mary. I am from Korea. And I am renting 2 rooms each. Short term and long term available It's Duplex house. And I am living upstairs with my family. I am renting first floor. And it has 3 rooms for sharing. One master room is already taken by my parents-in-law. And we have 2 more room for rent. It's pretty big house. The price is $900 every months and each rooms. Including electricity,heating,internet. Cleaning products,detergent,oil,salt,pepper,toilet paper included as well. All furnished house. And furnished room. No pet allowed. No smoking,drugs allowed. Location: [Montreal] It'd far from downtown (about an hour) 15 minutes by bus from Henribourassa station or 20 minutes by bus from Cote-vertu station. There is shopping mall 15minutes by walking It has many things (pharmacy,TDbank,BMObank,restaurants,IGA,Macdonald,Timhortons,Thai express restaurants, jean-coute,Dollarama,gym,renessance etc. ) If you want, you can also join to go grocery shopping with me. I go almost every week. my student who is staying is going to grocery shopping with me everyweek. I would love to have someone who loves kids as well. And not sensitive with sounds.
