Great for students or professionals who don't need a lot of space. Located at the far end of the apartment next to the kitchen, it was originally made for storage so it includes the water heater and dryer. With a little personalization it is still a nice little room The Roommates: Early 20s and early 30s female roommates originally from Alberta and BC. Bilingual EN/FR/ "E" studied history and works from home. She plays accordion, and loves to cook and have interesting conversations. But not too interesting... She also has a cat. "N" is a student, studying languages, and also a talented musician, artist, and gardener who loves to hang out. She also has a cat. The room is $425 per month total, INCLUDING internet and hydro.
