We offer a clean, spacious 6 1/2 apartment located in St-Henri, which comes with a small balcony out back and an extra storage room for anything you might want to keep out of the way. This apartment is on the 2nd floor. Within easy walking distance of Metro St-Henri, and several grocery stores, pharmacies, etc. The apartment comes with a washer and dryer. Electricity and internet are not included in the monthly price, but are not too bad when split 3 ways. They add an average of about 50$/ month to the cost of the apartment. Also includes a very friendly ferret known as Gamps. ____________________________ Bonjour, Nous sommes 2 collocs cherchant un 3ieme pour partager l’apartment. Nous offrons un 6 1/2 spacieuse et propre se trouvant dans St-Henri, incluant un petit balcon arrière et une petite espace d’entreposage pour tout ce que vous n’avez pas immédiatement de besoin. Cette apartement se trouve sur la 2ème étage. À quelque minutes de marche du métro St-Henri, et plusieurs épiceries, pharmacies, etc. Inclut machine à laver et sècher. Électricité et internet non inclus dans le loyer, à trois ils ajoutent environ 50$ par mois au coût de l’apartment, donc pas si pire. Inclut aussi un furet très gentil s’appelant Gamps. |
