| We’re freeing a room in our great, big 6 ½ apartment. Indeed, one of our roommates will be leaving us to go back to France. The room is $700 a month, all-included (Internet, electricity, etc…) We live in a huge 2 stories apartment, with a very big terrace on the roof. We have air conditionning, which is really nice during the hottest months of summer. The apartment is also equipped with a washing machine, a dryer and a dishwasher. Our apartment is only 2 minutes on foot from Métro Sauvé station and only 20 minutes away from downtown by public transportation. On top of that, we are close to all the neighborhood’s commodities like grocery stores, drug stores, a couple of beautiful parks and the Promenade Fleury. You will only have to bring your own furniture for your room. About us : Duff : Duff, 32 years young, will certainly be your favorite new roommate. He’s a unique individual who works in automation and robotic. Duff also have his small business where he’s developing autonomous bioclimatic greenhouse. Though very special, he’s a nice guy who’s always working on something. An occasionnal pianist and an avid traveler, he always has a crazy story to tell and a few beers to share! Charles: Charles: 33 years old, is a French from France. He’s working and running to Bakeries in Montréal. He's the one who always bring back #Painbaguette at home and other fancy pastry. Zoro : Zoro will be your furriest (not furious!) roommate. Indeed, Zoro is an energetic and affectionate Husky who is always up for a walk in around the block or to the park. He’s sure to make you smile and steal your socks! As such, you need to like dogs to like living with us. Only dog's are allowed as animal. Rule from the owner. You are in? Great!
