Bus stations, metro stations Plamondon and namur just 4 minutes walk. Walmart, Maxi, IGA and the Chinese shop all are 5 minutes walk. La cuisine est équipée gratuitement de poêles, casseroles, micro-ondes, grille-pain, table à manger, cafetière, etc. Le loyer mensuel est de 450$, incluant le chauffage et l'eau, mais pas l'électricité, dont les factures sont bimensuelles selon la consommation. Les gares routières et les stations de métro Plamondon et Namur sont à seulement 4 minutes à pied. Walmart, Maxi, IGA et le magasin chinois sont tous à 5 minutes à pied.
