| Private room for sublet, $575 without utilities (around $30 a month). Scroll down for details I am subletting a private room within a 3 bedroom apartment starting May 2nd, ending August 27th. The unit has a kitchen linked to a living room that is currently relatively empty. There is a single bathroom. The apartment is in a great location in the middle of Montreal, a block away (1 minute walk) from the Guy-Concordia Metro station, 5 minutes to PA Supermarket, and 10 minutes to Alexis Nihon Mall. It is on the edfe of the Concordia downtown campus, 18 minutes from McGill, and 5 minutes from Lasalle. Al necessary businesses are within 5 minutes walk. The area is also very safe. There are 2 guys who will be here for the summer. The place is generally quiet, and everyone spends most of their time outside of the apartment. The room itself is medium sized and furnished (photos) with a full sized bed, a large desk, a small collapsible desk, chair, and a portable rolling closet.
