| Looking for a 3rd Roommate! (French will follow) EN: Hi there! We’re looking for a third roommate to join us in our cozy apartment located right in the heart of the Plateau in Montréal. The location is ideal, with excellent metro access and all essential shops within walking distance. Perfect for enjoying the vibrant neighborhood life! The Apartment: 4 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, but we live as three roommates to have more space and comfort. The apartment is fully furnished (except for the available bedroom) and includes a fridge, oven, dishwasher, and dryer. There’s also a laundromat just around the corner. The Room: The available room is unfurnished, so you can set it up exactly how you like! Rent: $679 per month, utilities not included. Utilities will be split equally among the three roommates. FR: Salut! On cherche un·e troisième coloc pour rejoindre notre appart chaleureux situé en plein cœur du Plateau à Montréal. L’emplacement est idéal : métro tout proche, commerces à distance de marche, et une vie de quartier super animée! L’appartement : Il y a 4 chambres et 1 salle de bain, mais on vit à trois pour avoir plus d’espace et de confort. L’appart est entièrement meublé (sauf la chambre disponible) et comprend un frigo, un four, un lave-vaisselle et un sèche-linge. Il y a aussi une buanderie à deux pas. La chambre : La chambre est non meublée, donc tu pourras l’aménager à ton goût! Loyer : 679 $ par mois, charges non comprises. Les frais (internet, hydro, etc.) sont partagés équitablement entre les trois colocs. Disponibilité : La chambre est libre à partir du 1er mai.
