What we are looking for: Someone who prioritizes cleanliness and open communication. Someone who is considerate of shared spaces. We also don’t allow parties to be thrown in the apartment. No pets and no smoking indoors. Sidenote : Apartment is not wheelchair friendly, there is no elevator and is located on 4th floor.
