Looking for a roommate (student preferred). Must keep clean and quiet to respect others in the same building. The room available is furnished. All utilities (Heating, Hot water, Electricity) included. Wifi option is available at just $20/month. The location is perfect for anyone who is going to study at McGill and Concordia. It's 2mins walk to McGill University and close to all living necessities: grocery store, park, subway ( metro), restaurants, etc. It's in a shared apartment with private bedroom, i.e. share a full kitchen and one bathroom with just another roommate. There is also a laundry and garbage room in the building for convenience. The roommate is a responsible female University student, clean and responsible and non-smoker and looking for the same.
