I speak Eng/Fr. students are welcome. bus 160-161 metro plamondon and UdeM are closest. near HEC , l'UdeM, Polytechnique universities. convinient stores around. washing room 1 min in the corner. Parking free in the street. not inside smoker. guys/girls couples. Queen size bed desk , chair and wardrobe . We have some basic but important rules we would like to keep it: - No smoking inside - Not leaving unwashed dishes - Noise management.
