The private room is taken by a quiet, clean and respectful man, he is very nice and calm and he can be a very good friend for your life. the living room is available for short term rent. The living room is full furnished all including, the kitchen is full of dishes, microwave, mixer, some plates and other necessary items. There is also a TV that you can use it. The bed is including mattresses which you will take it. There is a salon to play football Cristy next to the building and many people always coming to rent the place to play. You can access that salon by 2 min walking around the apartment. There is a parking in front of building which you can park for free if you have a car. I sublet the place for 3 months only but after three months we can negotiate about the other months. I’m going to work in other side of the city and I want to sublet the room for while. |
