| I will only respond to individuals who introduce themselves and explain why they are interested in the room (no couples) I'm leaving my apartment in May and I'm looking for someone to take over my place in the apartment (4 1/2) that I share with a friend (a French female student)! It's in a really good location, just a 2-minute walk from Place des Arts metro station (green line). The rent is $950 per month. The apartment is spacious and well-equipped (fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, washing machine and dryer, air conditioning). Additionally, the apartment is very secure and has access to a gym, a rooftop and you have a big storage space. I'm transferring my lease from early May to August 31st, but you can still talk to the owner about keeping the apartment for another year. The rent is $950 per month (in addition, there is Hydro-Québec, to be added every two months, approximately $35, and Wi-Fi, around $25).
