The apartment: ● VERY large 3 ½ with closed bedroom and walk-in closet ● Top floor with beautiful views from the bedroom and bathroom windows, lots of sunlight ● Includes a dishwasher (!!), brand new oven, large fridge ● Parking spot is available; you can discuss with landlord (I never used it) ● Friendly neighbours who are a mix of young families, seniors, students, and professionals ● Dogs and cats allowed ● Safe, quiet building The location: ● Just outside of downtown, so you're minutes away from everything you need, without all the crowds and construction of the city ● 5 min away (by bus) from Dawson, Concordia, JMSB, Gina Cody school of engineering; 10 min walk ● 10-15 minutes (by bus) away from McGill, Université de Montreal ● Next to stops for the 165, 166, 66, and 144 ● Just up the hill from Guy-Concordia metro (Green line), so you can switch to the Orange line at Lionel Groulx in just a few minutes My favourite thing about this place is the location. You're next to everything at the heart of the city (museums, grocery stores, hospitals, schools, restaurants, etc), but also a 2min walk from Mount Royal. You can take the nearest trail straight to Beaver Lake, go for walks, runs, or bike rides through the park, hike up to the Kondiaronk Belvedere lookout over the city, or walk through the main park road to connect to Côte-des-Neiges, Outremont, and the Plateau.
