The unit includes all appliances (fridge, in-unit washer, dryer, dishwasher), and 2 AC units (one in the living room, one in the master bedroom), a walk-in closet and a large balcony overlooking Dorchester park and downtown. Your rent includes hot water. Furniture, electricity and internet are not included. Pets are allowed.
