| We are transferring our lease for a big Studio (suitable for singles and couples) in the center of Montreal DT, from June 1st to the end of September for four months. If you want to continue to live at the end of the lease, you can renew it with the management of the apartment. The building manager is very friendly and efficient! 1. Rent: $1300/month (including hot and cold water, electricity, air conditioning and heating; Wi-Fi also included from June to the end of September). After that, if you want to continue to live, you will need to pay for your own Wi-Fi (I can also transfer my current discounted Wi-Fi service to you). 2. If you need furniture, my furniture can be free of charge, (including single bed + mattress, Queen size double bed + mattress, two folding tables, a few folding chairs, two large simple storage cabinets, bedside tables, simple shoe cabinets, floor lamps, low table and cushions next to the floor window, carpets), if you have your own furniture, I can also clear them. 3. The location of the apartment is very good, located in the main street of St-Catherine, 5 minutes walk from Guy-Concordia metro station, PA supermarket and Bonjour supermarket just across the street in 2-3 minutes walk, Newon Supermarket, Dollarama, restaurants, banks, stores, schools and medical care all in 5-6 minutes walk. 4. The apartment is well soundproofed and although it is located on the main street, it is not noisy and is quiet at night. 5. Really big Studio, large floor windows, lots of light, heating and cooling, two large closets (one with a full-length mirror), one large storage Locker; walls, bathrooms and kitchen are just renovated last fall. 6. Penthouse indoor heated swimming pool, open all year round; Penthouse laundry room, and outdoor sundeck (only open in summer) 7. 24-hour security, access cards, public areas and elevators equipped with cameras, security guaranteed 8. For those who love online shopping, there is no need to worry about the loss of parcels, which will be locked in a special cabinet and be picked up by the security guards with own IDs. |
