| Large Papineu room available September (flexible move in date) - 2 bedroom apartment - $775 pm Hi! My girlfriend and I have just signed a lease for a 2 bedroom apartment and are looking for another roommate (or couple) to take the other room long-term starting from this month. No pets sorry! It's a very cute apartment with hard wood floors throughout. It's just across from the beautiful Parc Lafontaine and has lots of trees between us and Sherbrooke. It has two balconies, a medium lounge room, lots of windows and light. There's also like 4 wardrobes, with so much storage and a large kitchen. Bathroom is small but functional, with a bath. We've only just moved in so there's plenty of opportunity for you to decorate and make the space your own. We've paid the rent up until October so you'd be able to move in any time this month. The rent will be $775 for a single until the end of the year, when I'll be leaving and you'll just be rooming with Mahia. It'll go up to $925 after that. ($925 the whole time for a couple). We've signed a 12 month lease until September next year, landlord is very open to extending About us: I'm an Australian horticulture student and artist staying in Montreal until the end of the year. Mahia is an engineering student at McGill, massive extrovert and DIYer.
