| Large bedroom in Little Italy available to sublet from May 1 to end of June with an option to stay on the lease for July 2021-22. The room has a regular closet + walk-in closet, large window facing a quiet street. Room is unfurnished, but I may be able to give you a twin-sized bed from the apartment I'll be moving into. Rent is $500 + internet ($22/mo) and hydro (shouldn't be much during the spring/summer). The apartment has a spacious living room, decent kitchen and a great front balcony. 5 minute walk from Beaubien station and Jean Talon market, 10 minute walk from Jean Talon station. You'd be living with a McGill astrophysics PHD student who currently works from home. The third roommate is in B.C. for a while (he'll coming back toward the end of the lease to gather his belongings and move out) so for now it's a three-bedroom apt shared among two people. Looking for someone neat, respectful, COVID-responsible and friendly. Looking to avoid pets but open to a smaller dog. Please get in touch if interested. Thanks! |
