Le loyer est de 595, incluant TOUT : Netflix, INTERNET 400 mbps illimité, chauffage et électricité dans un 5 et demi. Il y a juste à côté une fruiterie, épicerie Métro, Pizza Hut, Pizza pizza, resto indien, A&W, McDo, Café Second Cup & Starbucks, banques, pharmacies, SAQ, Dollarama et le magasin bio Nature Santé : WOW! La chambre blanche meublée ou non selon ton choix) a une très grande fenêtre et des portes françaises. On est à 5 min en metro ou autobus au choix de l’ Université de Montréal, Polytechnique et HEC, 20 minutes de l’ UQAM, 15 minutes de McGill et Concordia. Si tu as une auto, il est facile de trouver une place tout le temps dans les rues autour. François étudie à Concordia et Sean est barista et toujours de bonne humeur. On cherche un/e coloc sociable, happy, mais aussi capable de comprendre si y’en a un qui doit étudier. Je suis quelqu’un d’optimiste qui aime le café, partir à l’aventure en roadtrips découvrir de nouveaux endroits de temps en temps et cuisiner parfois. N’hésite pas à te présenter un peu sans être gêné en m’écrivant pour une visite. We would like to have someone happy but also able to understand if a roommate needs to study.The white room is very large, has a big window and can be furnished or not. The rent is 595$, including everything: NETFLIX, 400mbps high speed INTERNET, heat and electricity in a 5 and half apartment.It’s a nice sunny apartment well located ; it diagonally faces Snowdon metro station and is next to a fruitstore, Metro grocery, A&W, McDo, Pizza Hut, Pizza pizza (so much choice woaw), Café Second Cup and Starbucks, Banks, drugstore, SAQ, Dollarama, Nature Santé bio shop : woah!UdeM, Polytechnique and HEC universities are 5 min away in metro, UQAM is 20 away, McGill and Guy-Concordia 15 mins in metro.
