A big, bright bedroom is available in a two-bedroom apartment on the first floor(one flight of stairs). There are no neighbors above. You will have a closed private room and share the common areas with another person. To schedule a visit, please provide a brief introduction of yourself. No pets or smoking. Free on-street parking. Visits will be during the weekend between 10 am and 6 pm. Monthly rent covers power, internet, and some other basic expenses. Post code: H2M 1Y1 Between Sauve and Cremazie metro station. Near by: Gym/swimming pool(Sports Complex of Claude-Robillard) Henri-Julien Park. Promenade Fleury. Preferably someone working full time. Must be respectful, clean up after themselves, and do their part in taking care of the apartment. The apartment is fully furnished and comes with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and washer/dryer. There are two balconies on both sides(not shown on the floor plan I made), off the living room and kitchen. Other roommate: Hilal (He/him). Works full-time, calm, a bit introverted, likes to go hiking occasionally and climb once in a while, sustainability-focused, and tries to consume less meat and plastic. Born in India.
