| I have a room available for August in a 4-floor student house near McGill campus, corner Stanley / Docteur-Penfield. The house has tons of beautiful architectural details and lots of large common spaces throughout the house. There are 4 bathrooms, 2 showers, 2 living rooms, a dining room, included washer/dryer, and a large commercial kitchen. On the balconies, you will find a gas BBQ and a charcoal BBQ available for use. Finally, we also have a small weight lifting gym with some basic dumbbells/barbells available to all tenants. There are a total of 8 rooms. The 7 current tenants are McGill and Concordia undergraduate students in their 1st/2nd years. This is a fraternity house so they are looking for students that are pretty social. All rooms have tons of sunshine, you'll have your own private sink/vanity. Rooms can be fully furnished: you'll have a double bed, dresser, desk and chair. A cleaning service is included for common areas, every 3 weeks. The house is close to all amenities: 3-minute walk to McGill campus, 6-minute walk to Peel metro, 10-minute walk to Concordia campus, 18-minute walk to ETS. Everyone has a key to the front door and their own individual room key. Lease terms are flexible (we can do 4+ months) and price is $740/mo furnished. All utilities are included, including Wi-Fi. Available for August move-in. |
