The 1070 feet (100m square) apartment is on the second floor and has two balconies, the back one is covered. Very bright at the back (west side); sunny kitchen and balcony in the afternoon. Lots of storage space in the rooms and shed. Situated in a quiet district (near St-Zotique and 1re avenue), the place is 8mn from D’Iberville metro station on the blue line and a few minutes from Beaubien and Molson parks, Beaubien street (with all its stores, cafés, restaurants and the Beaubien movie theatre) and Saint-Zotique (bakery, zero waste store, etc). Libraries and the Rosemont pool complex are nearby. I’m working from home as a Phone Interviewer part-time and I study the rest of the time to go back to technical writing. I also made short films.
