I am moving out of the city and am excited to pass on this room / these amazing roommates to someone special! Bedroom will be unfurnished but rest of the house is furnished, has AC and laundry. The apartment is beautiful + very spacious apartment with 2 balconies, separate kitchen, living room and back storage room. The room available is perfect for someone working from home who wants to have an office area in their room that is separate from their sleeping area. Price is $1,000/month inc. hydro and wifi. You will be living with two incredible roommates - one is a lawyer (29 yrs old) and she works from home half the time and the other is pursuing his masters degree (28 yrs old) and is out in school half the time as well. We are generally quiet, tidy and respectful. No pets unfortunately because of allergies. The neighbourhood (Little Italy) is the best! 2 minutes to Marché Jean Talon and close to tons of cafes, bars and restaurants. 7 mins walk to metro stations.
