The apartment is located 10 minutes from downtown (BERRI-UQAM) and in front of the VIAU metro. Transportation to and from the airport is simple. Quiet area that is perfect for workers and students. Fully furnished with a microwave, TV, oven, panini press, washer-dryer, and high-speed internet, hot water, cleaning service, etc. You will live very near to Métro Viau, Le Biodôme, Cinéma Star Cité, and Parc Olympique. Additionally, there are recreational facilities and the lovely BIG Maisonneuve Park nearby. I'm looking for a long-term roommate who is quiet, nonsmoking, and committed. Rent is ONE PERSON ONLY! PS: I apologize if you're only interested in living with women, but the flat is occupied by a very kind, calm, and considerate man. Not suitable for couples, families or pleople with children, pets, or smokers. CIGARETTE or CANABIS NOT ALLOWED!
