| Located in the plateau Mont-Royal, the area is very nice and it has all the things we need in close proximity. depanneur, supermarket, bakery, 24h bus at the corner of Sherbrooke st, parc Lafontaine is a few blocks away, as is the bike path on Rachel st and all the shops and restaurants on Mont-Royal ave. It's a SMALL room, but it has all you need, lots of light & could be perfect for someone who might be new to Montreal. The room is furnished with a full size bed, wardrobe for clothes, desk & chair to study quietly in the room. The rent includes all expenses such as heating, wifi and usage of the appliances. The apartment is fully furnished including a washer & dryer within unit (perfect in winter!) You’d be sharing the apartment with only one person, my name is Fred and I’d be happy to meet you. I’m a translator, cognitive linguist, trans poc and chef, i cook part time at a restaurant so our home kitchen is very spacious and well equipped, I'm always cooking and baking things that I love to share. I enjoy reading, classical music, jazz, going to the theatre, symphony orchestra, ballet, concerts and going out to try new restaurants just as much as I love to cook at home for my friends over a nice bottle of wine. I practice yoga everyday, I bike everywhere even in winter, I run and enjoy walking around the neighbourhood. I’m proud to say my home is a safe space for queer, migrant, visible (or not) minorities. available in english, french, spanish, italian and would like to be proficient in German soon. This is not a hotel, this is for long term for a person that understands what it means keeping the place clean. I’d get hundreds of replies but I’m only looking for 1 person.
