Vous auriez tous les cafés, restos et art publique du Plateau à juste quelques minutes de marche. Je suis musicienne et je cherche une personne raisonnable, organisé, en bon santé emotionelle, etc... J'ai un chat de 3 ans, trés animé et trés mignon, on aime des calins. Je serais souvent hors de Montréal, donc vous auriez l'appart à vous-même des fois. Le loyer est $900 à la base, plus des frais d'internet et hydro.
