La chambre est grande, lumineuse, meublée incluant une SDB privée ainsi que : - Hydro, chauffage, Internet haut débit - Grande TV, accès a NETFLIX et Apple TV - Un Lit KING, bureau, meubles de rangement, petit frigidaire privé en plus de celui partagé en cuisine, miroir, dressing .. - Un climatiseur l’été si vous le souhaitez L’appartement est meublé et équipé, salon, cuisine, buanderie, SDB partagée et surtout un magnifique balcon donnant sur le pont Jacques-Cartier. Une coloc de trois multiculturel et multilingue, respectueuse, conviviale avec beaucoup d’humour, de joie et de sympathie. On passe des moments ensemble de temps en temps. La propriétaire est super agréable et cool, qui prends soin de ses lieux, proactive et vous repondéra immédiatement au besoin. All kind of shops are nearby within 2 to 7min walk: Grocery, fruit, vegetable stores in addition to a new bulk retailer, bakeries, pharmacy, coffee shops, pubs, restaurants and more. Without forgetting the BANQ library. The furnished room is spacious with a private bathroom : - Hydro, heating, Internet and Netflix subscription - Large TV to binge Netflix on - A King size mattress, desk, many storage units, a small private fridge in addition to the shared one in the Kitchen, dressing, mirror.. - An air-conditioner could be an option during the summer if you asked for it The flat is big, bright and well furnished, it comes with everything you need. Equipped kitchen, furnished living room, laundry and utility room, a bathroom and an amazing balcony facing Jacques-Cartier Bridge. We’re three professionals sharing the flat, different background and multi-cultural, like to meet new people and enjoy moments together when we could. No strings attached and we respect each other, easiness, coolness, and joyfulness are a must, and why not a pinch of sarcasm and jokes particularly after work preparing dinner.
