Pour quelqu'un de consciencieux, qui a déjà des expériences de colocation. Le bel, grand et lumineux appartement est situé à quelques minutes à pied de la station Vendôme. De nombreuses lignes d’autobus passent aussi dans le quartier. L’appartement est très grand et est meublé, sauf la chambre qui sera libre. Il y a déjà une commode 5 tiroirs qui est à moi. Il y a de l’espace si jamais vous avez quelques meubles de plus ainsi que pour vos articles de cuisine et autres. La cuisinière et le frigidaire en stainless sont inclus avec l’appartement. Il y a aussi une machine à laver portative qui s’installe sur le robinet de cuisine. Sinon, il y a une buanderie payante au rez-de-chaussée de l’immeuble. La chambre libre est de taille moyenne, et a un garde-robe assez grand ainsi qu’une grande fenêtre. La salle de bain est rénovée et très grande pour la moyenne montréalaise. Équipé de 2 climatiseur de fenêtre pour l’été. Le loyer est de 980$ en tout, donc 490$ sans l’électricité et internet par personne. L’électricité coute environs 70$ par personne, et internet 38$. Il est facile et rapide de vous rendre au centre-ville, aux différentes universités (McGill, Concordia, UQAM, UdeM) ainsi que le collège Mariannopolis, et le cégep du Vieux-Montréal. Il y a énormément de commerces et de restaurant dans le quartier, sur la rue Sherbrooke ouest entre autre (Épicerie métro, Esposito, Provigo, Réno-Dépôt, Jean Coutu, Pharmaprix, Bureau en gros, McDonald, A&W, Starbucks, Dairy Queen, Aux Vivres, et plus!). Je suis un jeune musicien professionnel avec des horaires atypiques. There is some space if you ever have some more furniture as well as for your kitchen items and others. The stainless stove and refrigerator are included with the apartment. There is also a portable washing machine that installs on the kitchen faucet. Otherwise, there is a laundry room on the ground floor of the building for a decent price. The available room is medium in size and has a rather large closet and a large window. The bathroom is renovated and very large for the Montreal average. Equipped with 2 window AC units for the summer. The total rent is $ 980, so $ 490, without electricity and internet per roommate. Electricity costs $ 70 per person and $ 38 internet.
