On recherche une fille pour garder la parité. La chambre est dispo dès maintenant (mai-juin). Je cherche quelque pour un engagement long terme alors si tu es une étudiante à la recherche d’un chez-toi chaleureux et bien situé, tu es au bon endroit ! ♂️ La coloc : Moi c’est Chloé, je viens de France et je viens de finir mon bac en Études internationales à l’UdeM, j’adore cuisiner et organiser des soirées jeux de société entre amis! Mais j’aime aussi être posé à regarder Netflix à l’appart! Mark est étudiant en médecine dentaire à l’UdeM. Il est tranquille, mais toujours partant pour une game sur la PlayStation ou une soirée au centre-ville. Et on accueillera Masthias, notre nouveau coloc, qui arrive début septembre ! ☺️ L’appart : ️ Chambre entièrement meublée : lit, bureau, armoire (à noter que le linge de lit n’est pas inclus) Deux balcons : l’un avec vue sur le campus, l’autre sur un petit jardin Cuisine super bien équipée : lave-vaisselle, four, micro-ondes, grand frigo, et tous les petits électros nécessaires Salle de bain moderne à partager Laveuse et sécheuse dans l’appart – plus besoin d’aller à la buanderie ! Le quartier : Juste en face de l’UdeM, tout près de HEC et de Poly ♀️ Métros Côte-des-Neiges et Université de Montréal à 5 min à pied. Le bus 51 est au coin de la rue, et on est aussi proches des lignes 165, 166, 119, 11, 129. Station Communauto et parking Flex sur la rue. Épiceries à proximité : Métro, Maxi, Walmart, pharmacie, Plaza Côte-des-Neiges. Le loyer : Environ 900 $ selon les charges. Très grande chambre avec walk-in, dispo maintenant.
