WOMEN ONLY Les chambres sont cozy et très lumineuses, et déjà meublées donc pas de stresse à acheter un lit. 750$/mois tout inclus! (eau, chauffage, élec, etc)! Salon et cuisine tout aménagés avec laveuse et sécheuse au sous-sol. L’appartement est un duplex au 2e étage avec 3 chambres en tout dans un quartier très tranquille. Appart parfait pour étudiantes/jeune travailleuse! Une salle de bain partagé (et bien entretenue ;p) et un balcon qu’on adores avec un super couché de soleil! 20 minutes a pieds du metro Vendôme ou un arrêt de bus au bout de la rue qui vous y amènent! À courte distance de plusieurs supermarchés (Provigo, Korean, etc) et bcp de station de Bixi pas loins. Petite presentation: - Moi, c’est Lou! The rooms are cozy and get a ton of natural light, the entire apartment (rooms included) is already furnished so no need to worry about finding a bed frame to sleep on. 750$ a month EVERYTHING included (water, electricity, internet, heating etc) Fully furnished kitchen and bathroom with a washer and drier in the basement. The apartment is a duplex on the 2nd floor with 3 bedrooms in a relax and chill neighbourhood. Perfect for a student or someone who works from home. One shared bathroom (we like to keep it clean) and a balcony that we love chatting and drinking on with a great sunset! 20 minutes to Vendôme metro on foot or there’s a bus at the end of the street that takes you to the metro.
