Mikha travaille de la maison, dans son bureau, où elle reçoit parfois des étudiants pour des cours de musique. L'appartement est au rez-de-chaussée avec une charmante petite cour arrière qui donne sur une ruelle. La localisation est géniale, il est situé dans une rue tranquille, sur le plateau Mont-Royal, entre les parcs Baldwin et Lafontaine. 750$ tout inclus (hydro, internet, chauffage) pour le mois de juin. À partir de juillet, le prix sera de 780$. La chambre est meublée, il y a une grande armoire ainsi qu'un garde-robe. Laveuse et sécheuse dans le sous-sol de l'appartement.
