| Bonjour, Ma fille (9 ans) et moi cherchons une colocataire, femme, pour séjour temporaire (4 à 6 mois). Ma fille est à la maison une fin de semaine sur deux, et deux jours dans la semaine (50% du temps). La chambre à louer est entièrement meublée. Le prix du loyer inclus tout (sauf le ménage!): internet, chauffage, électricité. Nous sommes à la recherche d’une femme qui souhaite être impliquée dans la vie de la maison. Un animal de compagnie pourrait être de la partie, sous certaines conditions. Je ne fais pas de télétravail; il y a donc la possibilité d’utiliser mon petit bureau au besoin. L’appartement (haut de duplex) est super bien situé et très lumineux. Tout près d’un parc, une épicerie, Jean-Coutu, Dollarama, etc. 11 minutes de marche (ou 5 minutes d’autobus) du métro Vendôme.
