It is located in a peaceful neighborhood with lots of parks and green area. Close to groceries stores and other services. The bus 168 takes you to downtown, metro Square Victoria and McGill in 15 minutes, the bus stop is almost in front of the apartment. There is free parking. The price is 570 $ per month all included (heating, hydro & Wi-Fi). The room is furnish and has a wardrobe. You have free access to a private indoor swimming pool, sauna and gym.
